Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with both local regulations and company policies. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets in coordination with all
  • departments. Provide financial forecasts and analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Cost Control: Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction or efficiency improvement. Implement strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow to ensure operational needs are met while maximizing profitability. Forecast cash requirements and implement cash management
  • strategies.
  •  Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls. Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct financial analysis to optimize inventory levels and ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory data.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Business Support: Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support for business initiatives. Participate in cross-functional projects as needed.
  • Team Management: Manager of a team of 3 people.
HR Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process. Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll processing, regulations and compliance.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and implement necessary updates to HR policies and procedures.
  • Fleet Management: overseeing and coordinating the company's vehicles and drivers.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een bachelor in een relevante financiële richting.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je hebt uitstekende kennis van Excel en boekhoudkundige software.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent proactief en kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je beheerst zowel het Nederlands als het Engels vloeiend. Kennis van Frans is een pre.

  • Full-time 38 hours per week (6 recuperation days + 20 vacation days)
    working hours: Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 12 PM and 12:30 PM to 5 PM, Friday
    from 8 AM to 12 PM
  • No fixed vacation period except during Christmas (always coordinated with colleagues)
  • Market-conform salary supplemented with fringe benefits such as a group insurance (4%
    employer & 2% employee contribution), health insurance, meal vouchers of 8 € per
    worked day (1.09€ personal contribution), dental insurance (1250€ per year)
